    Hello!!! This stretch format with Robin was the best variation/different offering I have ever experienced at mighty. Fleur used to incorporate some foam roller things but mighty lost her talents as mighty seems to do. Robin is incredibly knowledgeable & taught an incredibly beneficial class. I really hope this will be promoted for the incredibly unique and special total body health class that it is- and offered more than just once a week.
