    Great challenging class and I loved the music selection! Make sure to bring your wraps, gloves, and a mat. I’m glad I’ve boxed before, I think this would be challenging for a newcomer (advice if it’s your first time boxing, get there early for a little intro to class so you’re not lost). Loved it and will be back!
