About this studio

Circuit Works' interval Circuit Training workout rotates through a series of stations combining aerobic and weight training exercises. Aerobic activities include the treadmill and an assortment of creative cardio routines. Weight training routines incorporate machines, free weights, resistance tubing and core strengthening exercises.

How to prepare

YOU MUST ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS TIME. There is a mandatory 2.5-minute safety orientation video that all first time clients must watch. If you don't arrive 15 minutes late, you will lose your spot in class and be marked as missed. No exceptions. An ANT+ heart rate monitor is highly encouraged for class. The heart rate monitor is provided for your first class free of charge. You can purchase one at Circuit Works for $65 or rent one for $3 per subsequent class.

How to get there

Street parking in the area is free, please check signs for restrictions, on Bicknell, Bay, 3rd Street and 4th Street. Metered 60 minute parking is available on Main Street. M Street Kitchen now charges $3 for the first 90 minutes, which Circuit Works not validate.

During the running portion the instructor didnt call out speeds he just gave color zones but since no one in the class had a heart monitor I had no idea what orange zone or red zone meant. Also compared to other instructors who dance and sing and make the class fun this instructor didnt have much personality and made for a boring class
