    Hot Box Yoga

Very hot and a bit intense as others have mentioned (I expected this from the reviews) but it was not undoable -- especially as a person newer to the yoga practice. Sitting, water breaks and listening to your body are encouraged as mixing weed and the heat can cause anxiety and dizziness. I really appreciated setting the intention before beginning and going around to hear from everyone. Overall, a good and a little overwhelming experience.

    Barre Sculpt [All Levels]

It was really good class. Even though I lift weights, this felt really challenging and good calories were burned. The pace was amazing and loved the music. There are limited number of people in class so it feels very personalized. Loved it!

    Super Strength

Loved Nia’s style of training and her class format. It’s everything I want in a workout class: super motivating/encouraging, fixes your form, personal, funny, and pushes you. She’s super present, engaged and comes in with so much energy. Rare to find a mix of all that these days. I don’t love morning workouts, but I definitely felt energized after her class. Looking forward to more!

    Pilates Mat

I don’t like reformers but it’s hard to find a good mat plates class—this is what I’ve been looking for! It was gentle but effective. Felt the burn but didn’t necessarily sweat lol. Only thing is it was bit unclear when to inhale vs exhale, and when we are alternating left/right vs just doing one side.

For being a cool vintage theater I would have thought they would have a cool vintage movie playing on the big screen. Instead they had a weird cheesy animated children’s movie playing. Otherwise, it is kind of fun to work out inside an old art deco theater.

    Intro to Pole Dancing

Olga’s classes are great. Very technique and detail oriented. I’ve taken a few pole classes before, but her specific technique instructions are so good. It’s a very small class too, so you get lots of personal attention and corrections on how to do it better. She also gave me and others different things to work on based on our skill levels. Highly recommended!
