    Adriana was welcoming and helpfuin l explaining what to expect for the layout of the class. The gym alternates upper body, lower body and full body focus. Today was upper body, with 9- 1min circuits and core or cardio between each circuit. By the end my heart rate was up and I was sweaty. There were lots of energetic and motivating people of all fitness levels in the class. The music, lights and energy felt a bit club-like.
