About this studio

We’d like to welcome you to PDXstrength, a strength and conditioning gym, located in the St. Johns neighborhood. With PDXstrength classes, you will be a part of a warm, smiling, supportive, positive and inspiring community that constantly challenges you and truly cares about your well-being and health. Our classes are programmed to get you results. One day you may find yourself doing hill sprints, another day back squats, and the next day handstands and pull-ups. We want every athlete at PDXstrength to succeed, whether it is by eliminating pain, losing weight, building strength, getting faster, improving technique, mobility gains or making friends in the community. How to prepare

Our Yoga, Bootcamps, Run Club and Kettlebell Club classes are scaleable and almost any level can dive in and get a great workout! Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries, wear comfortable clothes to workout in, and a water bottle.

How to get there

Head down Baltimore Hill towards Cathedral Park. Take a right on Bradford when you see the train tracks. We have plenty of parking, please do not park in front of any loading docks that have no parking signs.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
