    Really great class! Megan was a fun instructor and I felt challenged in a great way. A note for other Classpass folks: the studio is a bit hard to find inside the gym because there are a ton of different spaces. There’s no obvious front desk when you walk in or anyone to help you, so it might be nice to have some signage or something directing you up the stairs to the back if you’re coming to a class!

    Absolute Beginner Adult Tumbling 16+

    I was nervous about this class because I am weak, inflexible, fat, and uncoordinated, and I was anticipating that it would be at best lightly humiliating. But I enjoyed the heck out of the class, and I felt supported, safe, and welcome (and not at all humiliated). The teacher offered a lot of variations on activities that I think allowed all participants to be challenged. I got sweaty and elevated my heart rate a bit, but it definitely isn't a cardio experience. It did wear out some of my muscles, and I was a little sore the next day in some weird ways. Mostly, though, it was just really fun and interesting to move my body in ways I haven't in decades.

    The space was very clean, and the staff was very welcoming! You are assigned a station number and split into two groups. You either start with weight training on the floor or you start on the bag, and you switch mid class after a few rounds. It’s very dark in the room and the music is very loud, but it keeps the energy up and keeps you locked in. Would go again!
