Instructor was OK … he was toggling between work duties and “teaching class.” As in, besides just going over the exercises he wrote in the board, he didn’t do or say anything to motivate attendees. Came by to me only once to give feedback on my form on pushups after I was already done doing them.

Also front desk will often ask to see the app to make sure it was booked — would be nice to be able to leave phone in the car and just bring the smart-watch like some classes.

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

It’s a small intimate class (there were 4 of us), and he keeps towels, water, snacks and any supplies you might need on site. The music was great can’t wait to come back!
