    The instructor Nate is so hands-on, helpful and motivating! He writes out a detailed workout and goes through each move with you. It’s a small intimate class (there were 4 of us), and he keeps towels, water, snacks and any supplies you might need on site. The music was great can’t wait to come back!

    I really appreciated this class and the use of the bar. I struggle with knee issues and typically can’t do lunges. With the use of the bar I was able to get a great leg workout without my knees buckling. The instructor was fabulous and I will definitely take her class again.
