see all reviewsI was intimidated walking in because I’d never done a F45 workout before. This was a really great experience. The coaches were very welcoming and explained how everything worked. There were modifications for every exercise and when I didn’t have the right posture, they came over and corrected me in a supportive and not invasive way! My biggest tip would be to get there early (10-15 min) so you can meet the coach and check out the space. Highly recommend F45!
