Please arrive at the studio 5 minutes prior to class to fill out any necessary paperwork, or save time and click this link to fill out prior: https://goo.gl/iEfYnp Please wear workout shoes free of mud or dirt. Also, each Fulcrum class begins with a warmup called the Fulcrum 5. Please review this video in the multimedia tab and the movements before attending to ensure smooth transition into the warmup process. There is also an explanation poster on wall so don't feel like you need to memorize it. When class starts, jump right in.

Didnt check in, didnt allow for accommodations based on physical needs or accept pacing on your own. Not a space where yoga felt safe at the end, given considerable physical dysregulation and improper container for calming
