Also front desk will often ask to see the app to make sure it was booked — would be nice to be able to leave phone in the car and just bring the smart-watch like some classes.

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

Mary brings the expertise of a top-level instructor while imbuing in each and every class a light-hearted, fun atmosphere that is missing from so many classical studios I’ve been to. High level technique, exceeding difficulty as your progress, and fun…who would’ve thought?!! Her level 1/2 classes are great for beginners and regulars alike and her advanced classes have kept me working my butt off and improving for the past year plus. I’ve brought my mother who has rheumatoid arthritis and my husband to her classes and she’s expertly modified moves and adjusted springs to match each of their ability levels. She’s a pro and a fun one at that 😉 10/10
