    I will absolutely be back for the strength class! Heidi was super supportive and guided great. I had ACL surgery Oct 2023 so this was a nice pump to get that motivation to keep going! You go at your own pace or you can keep up. there were definitely moments I felt like I couldn't keep up but I never felt shamed or uncomfortable. it's nice to have a supportive group! they also have child care for the parents that need 1 hr to themselves!

    I liked Jenn, she seemed very thoughtful, good class that was challenging but doable. Not overly focused on speed which compromises form like some instructors. Positive, made modification suggestions for anyone that may need them. Only downside is for class, not Jenn, I wish there were about 3-4 people less per class so students had a bit more spaces. Often some of these classes can feel like sardines in a can and I wish they would consider just trying/ adding one more afternoon class at 1 or 2pm, I’m sure it too would fill up and be a bit better for everyone.

    The person I met at the front desk (Nancy) was awesome! She got me set up very quickly and showed me how to sign up and sign in going forward - very simple process. She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!
