Vinyasa Flow (Beginner-Intermediate) - 2nd Floor
Awesome class, very centering
Yin/Yang Yoga - 1st Floor
Good for someone in between beginner and intermediate. There were a couple people in my class who were true beginners and found the class to be a little too challenging with the flows and holds. As for myself, I thought this was the perfect class for my level (I’ve been regularly doing yoga for 2-3 months now) and could have asked for more challenging modifications if I wanted.

Great workout in a nice space. Wonderful instructor!

Instructor was super friendly but not for me. Very much like nap time with different poses

This class wasn’t the type of yoga I was looking for. We literally laid there the whole time and did 3 different yoga positions

The class was great unfortunately it wasn't the class listed and I had to wait 30 mins for the next!

No one was there to teach the class and we didnt receive our points/money back. Super bummed out about this.

Community based yoga so pretty low-key. No check in process. I just didnt like the style of class-restorative yoga was just basically a giant nap session. I will try this studio again.

We're located at the Yamhill District MAX Station between first and second street, on Yamhill St. If you drive, 3 hour parking meters are available on SW Naito Parkway.
