She’s always so encouraging and brings such a positive, welcoming energy to every class. Her workouts are fun, dynamic, and never repetitive—there’s always something new to challenge and motivate us. What really stands out is how attentive and patient she is. She takes the time to greet everyone, remembers names, and makes sure each person feels seen and supported, no matter their fitness level. Christina creates a space that feels both empowering and inclusive, and I genuinely look forward to every session with her. I can't recommend her class enough!

I asked for some modifications but it was still a challenging workout since it was my first time back in the gym after a while. There’s easy street parking in the morning classes which is also a plus. They have a cold plunge and sauna in the back and two bathrooms which is great. I hope to be back soon!

I have taken Karate in the past (as a kid), and did not like it because the punching hurt my hands. But Krav Maga techniques do not! Also, I already felt more confident walking home feeling like I had some idea how to defend myself!

see all reviewsKarla was great! The classes are no bigger than 6 people so she's able to tailor to everyone's personal needs and does a wonderful job with adjustments and using props when needed. The class is more foundational, which I think is great if you need to focus on form, and movement with breath work - which I always find a refresher is needed every once in a while. The lower body work is always challenging to me in any case lol. Additionally, the workers at this gym are exceptionally nice to boot. My partner and I will definitely be coming back!!

The owner, Daivya, is motivating, welcoming, kickass, fun, and super knowledgeable. There are a many of different small group classes available - from Fight Club, Step, Low body Impact, Total Body Reset, Glutes & Core, Deep Stretch & Mobility and more! Those are the ones I've tried so far and I'm always impressed with the variety, difficulty, and playlist! Daivya is great at giving adjustments and pushing you to be better. Some exercise classes you just go in, get the workout in, and leave - but Daivya is a natural at building community and relationships with all. So thankful to have found BODY!
