I always bring my own angle weights to any class to up the challenge but they actually incorporate them here and the studio has their own pairs! great vibes certainly a challenge but you feel so smooth and dancer like! cannot wait to watch my body transform with more classes I feel it already

Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!
