see all reviewsAshley was great at getting the crowd excited despite being at 7:15AM, truly amazed at the energy in the room. She was super motivational but I wish she made a couple of adjustments or comments for the newer people in the room — how to modify, explaining or slowing down on the handlebar choreography to keep everyone included.

see all reviewsLiana is seriously awesome. She sequences an incredible class that really packs in so much leg and glute work (and yes, core too!). I love the Buns & Guns format my main complaint about the regular Solidcore classes is that there is so much focus on core that form suffers, and skimps on larger lower body muscles that end up not fully exhausted. Please add more to the schedule! Book it people!!

see all reviewsSo so great! Brandon went over the basics at the top of the class, so absolutely newbies to boxing (like me!) shouldn’t fear! The class incorporated aspects like cardio and core training on top of the boxing techniques. Our class size was only 5 people, which was great for the one-on-one periods with each person. Brandon was excellent at tailoring the individual sparring periods to each person’s level, and slowly raising the bar as he sees you improving. This was great because while I was definitely feeling the challenge of getting used to things, I could also see regular attendees feeling challenged as well! The environment was not intimidating at all, so I would absolutely recommend first-timers with interest to try it out!!

The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

see all reviewsBrian was amazing and so attentive to my being a first timer. Cant recommend him enough and the class was the arm burner I was hoping for. I wasnt sure if this would be too advanced but Id say if you have some basic TRX and kettlebell experience its totally fine, there was a good mix here. Loved how we alternated between each move. My only reservation was that there were some barefoot people with their feet on the TRX in the class before and nothing was wiped down between our classes. Theres no reason for bare feet in this place. But Ill be back wiping everything down beforehand

see all reviewsLove Bodymass. Most COVID safe gym I’ve been to (5 ppl/semi private, individual squat racks for distance, everyone masked). All the trainers are knowledgeable & help you push yourself while maintaining safety and good form. Also, the small class size means you get to choose what to work on each day (there are 2 upper, lower and total body workouts available each week) & the trainers are very available to help you make modifications based on your body/injuries/etc, offer adjustments or just answer questions. Woody’s also a great trainer! My first class I mentioned to Woody that I had an issue with my shoulders, and since then he’s routinely checked in to make sure I can complete exercises safely and build strength around the joint. Also, as a woman doing strength training you sometimes encounter men in the gym who underestimate your knowledge or strength but Woody is the total opposite of that. He treats you with respect and encouragement and helps you challenge yourself.
