see all reviewsThis class is super intense. Would not recommend for beginners if you're not used to doing high intensity cardio exercises back to back with minimal breaks. I was able to modify as needed and take breaks. Gabby was very encouraging and supportive. She took time to check in, cheer me on, and correct my form throughout the session. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. We did warmup stretches and cooldown stretches which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably go back again to check out more cardio + their other offerings.

Turf station: 12 hollow hold single-arm fly alternating arms, 16 medicine ball twists, 10 medicine ball rainbow slams, then repeat. Treadmill station: fast pace to 6 calories, 2 push-ups to alternating toe taps, repeat and add 2 calories and 2 pushup reps each round. Cage station: bench press 6-8 reps (reps in reserve), 10 band tricep pulldowns. There was also a warmup, 2 minutes of abs after the stations, and cool down stretching.

The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!

I'm very new to fitness and gyms so I was feeling nervous about being able to keep up but Mike made the class accessible and understandable. I really liked how small and intimate the space was. Mike was very welcoming and took the time to explain and demo each exercise in great detail and also came over to check my form which I really appreciated. Everybody had a chill laid-back energy and the space was very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. Overall, would highly recommend and I plan to come back.

Separately, I wonder who chooses what is on the TVs in the women's locker room (clearly not a woman). Maybe they can switch it up or not have all screens on the same BS? Lastly, "influencers" in the locker room with tripods is uncomfortable AF. Best kept secret: THE SAUNA! But bring your own towels!
