This was my first cycle class ever in my life and I absolutely loved the energy! Sammy was an amazing instructor and the exercises were very varied. The class was intense but as a beginner, you definitely can go at your own pace. The crew here are also extremely friendly and helpful and they’ll even help you get set up on the bike before class starts. Such a fun experience!

He created a safe environment where I felt empowered to explore, and zero shame about modifying in ways that felt right for my body. This is a tough fitness ethos to find, and I really enjoyed and trusted his calm and descriptive instructions. I left having had a great workout, and a clearer mind after a challenging day.

Loved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

I feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay! The traditional reformer is my least favorite type of reformer but hopefully with time it will change and I will grow to like it. Adel is easily one of the best teachers I’ve experienced, and having made the rounds to check out a dozen or two yoga studios in recent years this was probably the class where I learned the most nuanced key info on perfecting poses —engaging and meticulous instruction throughout a beautifully sequenced, challenging yet mostly accessible run through. A delight. Namaste🙏🏿
