    Handstand Foundations

Jan is terrific. In giving his unique way of explaining handstands, he also pushes everyone to just do what they’re uncomfortable with so that they progress.

    Flow Strong (Yoga + Weights)

Very nice front desk and instructor but there wasn’t any yoga in his class. There were a series of exercises with weights, lots of push ups, back extensions, It was challenging and Ge kept an eye on proper form.

    AIR Foundation (beg/int aerial fitness)

Beautiful studio. Great instructor. Even though it’s a foundation class, you definitely need some exercise background & upper body strength to properly use the air silks & really get the form of the movements correctly. The air flow is slower pace & more yoga like poses....hopefully owner will double class pass points to 10-12/class to keep studio open to class pass students, since it’s a fun place.

Fun class. Had a nice mixture of stretching and upper body strengthening work. We each had a turn to check out the Lyra as well as the trapeze.
