Loved this format as it was different than other yoga classes and also great as a stretch and reset type of class. I must say I also love that someone was using their phone and they got called out, so important to not have the energy in the room! Will be back soon and am bringing a friend! see all reviewsI accidentally showed up to the wrong studio, expecting to do yoga but this was a HIIT Pilates class. I'd never done any HIIT classes or Pilates classes before but decided to stay bc the instructor and staff were very welcoming. I enjoyed the upbeat nature of the instructor and the sweat I got from the routines. I also found myself laughing quite often over the next hour. Although HIIT Pilates was a bit chaotic compared to the yoga, I did have a good time and I'm glad I stayed. not sure if it was the class for me but thanks for the experience and hospitality!!
