The place was clean and had enough space to do the exercises. She was creative and made up different exercise stations to work out legs and back and weights to work out our arms. There were about 13 members and we each switched off to different exercise stations and did some squats in between and took few seconds of breaks between each exercise. I really loved her upbeat music and cool speaker with lights. It was a fun an activity to do and a great workout. Parking lot was full so I had to find parking on the street, which I found quickly thankfully.

The class sizes are small and you really get what you put in. There’s all types of ages , ethnicities and fitness levels . Everyone is welcomed .
