    So fun! Going to a new spin class can also be hit or miss but the instructor’s energy was amazing, music and vibes were perfect to get super into the class. If you’ve been to any of the other studios in this building you know they are all sort of outdated and cramped feeling, but cyclebar felt clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful, and free shoe rentals is a huge plus!

There were some high energy songs for the higher power /hill songs, but not for the fast ones. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

    Great mix of cardio and full body strength. Today’s class mixed biking and weights. We would bike anywhere from 40 seconds-3 min, and then go to the floor doing 4 workouts, 40 seconds each, 4 times through. Expect to do workouts like deadlifts, weighted jumping jacks, plank jacks, weighted squats, high pulls and variations of sit-ups. Instructor was motivating, fun and funny!

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Great class. Wasnt a fan the first time I attended his class bc I didnt sweat enough, but I def sweat a ton today. I wasnt a fan of the arm workout though. It lasted about 90 seconds and was primarily push ups against the back, which didnt work out anything. Id much rather the studio stop providing those single one time use plastic water bottles that are HORRIBLE for the environment and buy light weights to prop on every bike so we can do a real arm workout.

    WOW! As soon as I walked in the door, I felt so welcomed. The front desk staff helped me get checked in and helped with shoes. I had a locker that said Hi, welcome with my name, with an empty CycleBar water bottle. When I turned around, another staff member nicely offered to fill my water bottle. I was helped to my bike, and adjusted properly to the bike. Rahmael was motivating, friendly, and played some great music. I love this studio and will certainly be back when Im in town.
