Tai Chi
see all reviewsThis class was very welcoming for folks who have never done tai chi before (like me)! And there were still many people there who clearly knew the movements so it was easy to follow along during the parts that were less explanatory. Lois was a great instructor and happy to take questions as we went along if people had any. At 31, I was the youngest there by at least three decades, but I never felt singled out or unwelcome. The man at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. Thanks so much!!

see all reviewsEric is an excellent instructor! Great cueing and fun flows. Leaves room for you to add your own flair and more advanced poses, if you want. Studio is beautiful! Interesting concept for sure. Def would not recommend for people who are not familiar with basic yoga poses since you can’t see very well in the dark. But great for those of us who are self conscious and just want to flow and vibe without any distractions. Thank you, Eric!

see all reviewsWow what a unique experience! The class was intimate, and the room was very calming, clean, and modern. The first half of the class was resistance stretches which were surprisingly challenging and got the blood flowing. The second half of the class was guided breathing - this was truly an experience like no other. It was an emotional journey, and very therapeutic in a sense. I left feeling rejuvenated and at peace with myself. I highly recommend this instructor and I hope to return soon!
