see all reviewsWow! I haven’t done yoga in years. Was suffering from low back pain and have been going to PT for a few months. This one class did wonders for my back. Instructor was amazing - very calming, conscious of form and breath and I left the class feeling better than I’ve had in months. Now I just need to force myself to be consistent.

About fifty minutes of deep stretching and core work, more than a sculpting/strength class. As a runner though I felt like the exercises and stretches were a great compliment to running.

see all reviewsMeghan is the nicest yoga teacher ever. She was very warm and welcoming. I appreciated her dedication to say “I’m in it with you guys” in demonstrating the moves. Too many teachers take the easy way out these days to just chill at the back of the class while shouting out instructions. Class was well-paced too. Nothing overly challenging yet ensuring a good workout.

see all reviewsAMAZING class! I hadn't taken a yoga class in over a decade after I was scarred by an experience at one of those "boutique studio" classes that were so popular in the early 2010s, where they would make you feel like you are "less than" because you didn't know the exact sequence of their signature flow 🥲 This class led by Angelica in her honeyed voice brought me back to life! I never felt confused by instructions or pushed to my limits, and yet somehow, the hour flew by, and all my muscles are sore 😄 I feel calm, centered, and restored. Thank you, Angelica!
