I actually stumbled into her after participating her Soul Flow over the weekend, which was such an amazing flow with incredible music. That class felt like an experience. Especially with the shaking in the middle that helped me to let go, even though it was a bit unfamiliar at first but she made it so fun and went all in too.

He is supportive, motivating, knowledgeable, and although his class can be challenging at times, (but isn’t that kinda the point?) he makes you feel empowered, and always provides modifications. I love his energy and his way of connecting with us/explaining the movements and the body. I always feel so strong after class.

see all reviewsBlake is obviously really seasoned as an instructor and is comfortable directing the room. There’s always a sense of everything going off without a hitch and according to plan. We move a bit more quickly than I’m used to—even for vinyasa—but it’s still a manageable pace. Generally, class structure starts slow, then picks up a little speed with each iteration of the flow, then there’s a point where the repetition sort of locks into your muscle memory and it’s almost like we’re doing a kind of yoga choreography, hit the peak pose (which Blake demos at the beginning of class), and then winds down and caps off with a longer savasana/meditation. Accommodating and friendly vibe. I always leave with a bounce in my step!
