see all reviewsAmazing class and instructor! I had only done hot yoga once before and many years ago, but this class was great for beginners. The heat is definitely something to get used to, and the sweat is crazy. Bring a towel (unless it’s your first time and then you get to use one of theirs for free) and wear leggings/pants! My legs were so slippery from the sweat that it was hard to do some of the poses. Definitely coming back!!

see all reviewsAdel is easily one of the best teachers I’ve experienced, and having made the rounds to check out a dozen or two yoga studios in recent years this was probably the class where I learned the most nuanced key info on perfecting poses —engaging and meticulous instruction throughout a beautifully sequenced, challenging yet mostly accessible run through. A delight. Namaste🙏🏿

I come from a more intense workout world and I had to start doing some yoga for injuries and she has mad me so excited to go to her class every week. Others instructors are great but she gets me to a deeper stretch and a better spot to transition into a position with each. Truly the best.

see all reviewsStrong coaching skills, beautifully executed demos, clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Nice and roomy studio. what I didn’t love: 1. sorta barking/shouting instructions. In the huge studio can see this is challenging, would rather be able to hear in any case and didn’t detract from excellent workout overall. 2. speaking so fast. Instructions were clear and thorough nonetheless. 3. tap water only, no filtered water dispenser.

She reminded people to take breaks and take water which felt really inclusive. Great playlist, vibe and space is beautiful! Would love to see the studio offer a shorter express class format for people who need less time in the heat but still want to get a drip in - I’d be there all the time!
