    Christy is great! I wouldn't say she's the most challenging instructor so definitely try to get her for the first time, but she's not easy. Because she makes the intervals attainable you find yourself pushing yourself harder for the entire class because you're not worried about burning yourself out too early. Will def take her again!

    Amazing class, great teacher. Can do the class as sprint intervals or more endurance. You'll get really good mileage in with this class. MHRC is probably my favorite on classpass. And great shower products, though expect a long line in the morning.

    This is the best class there. The other classes feel like to are just paying for a treadmill. This is mostly running but then a good about the if kettlebell however I do wish there was a bit more encouragement and push in class but that’s just the inner me wanting a boot camp type class .

    Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Ive been doing Barrys since 2015 - I love it - and Ive rarely had an instructor thats as hard as Brady for the floor sequence. Ive taken what I think are some of the hardest instructors there are but her floor sequences also involve quite a bit of cardio. I did a DF and was super sweaty. Would be scared to have actually done tread and floor!

    Challenging, motivating, great music, sweat fest, enthusiastic and gorgeous instructor who helps you modify the exercises to your current fitness level, delicious healthy smoothies waiting for you to fuel up after your workout. What more can you ask for? Its a lot of credits for sure, but sometimes you have to treat yourself to the red room of pain at Barrys!

    This class was such a fun Halloween treat thanks to the party vibe of the studio staff and the instructor’s creative themed playlist!     Motivating and clear teacher, good music, nice studio. It def feels like the class is directed towards at home viewers. The run was about 1.5 miles and the rest was strength training.     Tonight's speed workout was a "game" - as we passed him, we call out a number, which he matched to a slow, medium or fast pace. Then we did a lap (.25 mile) at that pace and asked him for another number. It was great seeing another ClassPasser there and the group is super friendly! Everyone goes to drinks at a bar nearby after the workout.
