    Pretty standard martial arts studio that is neat, organized, clean. This is a great class for beginners to learn proper technique/form and also great for those who want to practice their craft. First 15-20 mins is warm up / conditioning. After three rounds mitt work with partner, followed by three rounds of heavy bag work. It was a perfect balance. The head instructor provided people feedback on form and technique. It was a great practice and workout.

    Deena yes Amazing and an expert on what she does. It was my first time trying and keep boxing ever and she made me feel welcome and right at ease. She walked me through what was going to happen and what I needed because I told her it was my first time. Talk to me about the right way to do my form so I don't hurt myself, and you can tell if she has a ton of experience and has been doing this for years and makes the class so fun too! Such a great experience and definitely recommend!
