see all reviewsI like the instructors positive energy and social interaction with the group, and the class was a good workout. My one suggestion would be to be a little more hands on correcting form since some of the exercises were tough to execute correctly.

see all reviewsNot a single minute wasted! Loved Charlie’s programming & thought it was a fun and challenging workout. I would book his class again if it aligns with my schedule. However, I wouldn’t recommend him to beginners who aren’t familiar with a lot of dumbbell movements. It may be confusing for them.

Definitely wished it was over in the middle of some more difficult flows or burns (which is also a good thing!) Mentally and physically challenged and left satisfied

see all reviewsGreat bikram class! I think some first timers might not quite understand what they are getting themselves into. “Hot yoga” at bode (and usually at other places) means bikram. If you’ve never done bikram before, I would personally recommend someone try a 60 minute class first (instead of say a 75 or 90 minute class). Also, there’s not a ton of instruction at bode. I feel kinda like bode is a good place to practice if you already kinda know what you’re doing.

see all reviewsI cannot say enough amazing things about not only this class but Erica specifically is the reason I will be coming back. Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience. I got form correction and encouragement every step of the way! I would recommend this to anyone who has never lifted a weight to my gym rat friends. Incredible!
