About this studio

These high-energy 50 minute classes use mini trampolines, anchored thera-bands and light weights to tone muscles, boost endurance and build lean athletic bodies. Bare foot is preferred or grip socks. Based on a premium fitness trampoline, trampoLEAN blends Cardio Endurance, Muscular Toning and High Intensity Training.

How to prepare

- All bags & jackets must be hung up - trampoLEAN is barefoot preferred. If you have any foot issues we recommend sneakers - If you plan to shower, please bring a towel or $2! - Grip socks are advised over regular socks - Place your foot wear under the bar/bungee cord area left or right of your trampoline - Exercise equipment & water bottle should be placed in the front of the trampoline - Waiver: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=91160

How to get there

Located in studio C at Stepping Out Studios 37 W 26th St 9th fl, NY, NY 10010. The following subways N, R ,F, M ,1, 6 drop you off on 23rd st, trampoLEAN is on 26th st between 6th ave & broadway. Located on the 9th floor, Studio C is the 2nd studio on the right side of the grand ballroom.

The class itself was really fun and a good workout! Good for beginners, Louis explained and checked form. The studio itself is really odd, had to walk through a middle of a dance class and the "locker room" fits about 2 people at a time.

This class will definitely get your heart rate going. I think for someone really in shape, the HIIT will not be a super challenge. But if you are average, it''s good. Good music, good lighting, but a little hot in the room.

Favorite class I have taken in NYC this far! The instructor was also AMAZING - such a fun workout, and at the same time it pushes and challenges you to the max! Different exercise options for levels of advancement/strength/endurance so the momentum of the class keeps moving right along, no matter the skill level. Highly, highly recommend!
