About this studio

trampoLEAN blends cardio endurance, muscular conditioning and high-intensity interval-training using premium quality mini-trampolines. We begin each class with a proper jump technique warm-up. A variety of classes integrate resistance bands, hand-weights, ankle-weights and body-weight exercises for strength training sections. Jump into one of our classes for an amazing sweat. All levels welcome. Barefoot preferred.

How to prepare

- Hang personal items along the left side of the studio. - Place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of trampoline bar. - Water bottle & equipment go in front of the trampoline. - trampoLEAN is barefoot preferred. However, if you have foot issues we suggest sneakers. - If you prefer to wear socks grip socks are advised. - Refrain from eating 30 minutes prior to class. - Showers are available. How to get there

trampoLEAN is located in studio C at 37 W 26th Street 9th Floor, Stepping Out Studios. Walk through the grand ballroom and studio C the 2nd studio on right side. When entering studio C please hang your personal items on the left side and either place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of the trampoline bar. For safety reasons we can not have personal items on the floor.

Thea was a fantastic instructor and filled with positive energy. I think this class made me realize that trampoline fitness is not very effective in general though - yes you’re “running” and doing a lot of cardio but the trampoline does half the work for you. So I don’t think you get as much of a workout as it seems.

This was a different and fun kind of cardio workout! It was my first time trying this type of class so I found it a little challenging to keep up with some of the trampoline jumps but I enjoyed the challenge! The 50 mins flew by and with the great music and ambience in the classroom it was just an awesome time! The instructor was fantastic! Recommend if you want to try a different fun cardio/ab workout

Love love love! Best workout on classpass. Louis is an awesome instructor. You will sweat a lot if you work hard at it and those glutes and thighs will be burrrrning!! He also makes it fun and engaging. I highly recommend taking a class with Louis!!!

What is ClassPass?
