About this studio

trampoLEAN blends cardio endurance, muscular conditioning and high-intensity interval-training using premium quality mini-trampolines. We begin each class with a proper jump technique warm-up. Depending on the class we integrate resistance bands, hand-weights and body-weight exercises for our muscular conditioning sections. Jump into one of our muscle specific or themed classes for an amazing sweat. All levels are welcome. Barefoot preferred.

How to prepare

- Hang personal items along the left side of the studio. - Place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of trampoline bar. - Water bottle & equipment go in front of the trampoline. - trampoLEAN is barefoot preferred. However, if you have foot issues we suggest sneakers. - If you prefer to wear socks grip socks are advised. - Refrain from eating 30 minutes prior to class. - Showers are available. How to get there

trampoLEAN is located in studio C at 37 W 26th Street 9th Floor, Stepping Out Studios. Walk through the grand ballroom and studio C the 2nd studio on right side. When entering studio C please hang your personal items on the left side and either place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of the trampoline bar. For safety reasons we can not have personal items on the floor.

Fun but not too challenging. No signs outside to show you where the studio is, pretty confusing. But instructor had great energy and class was fun!

This was an awesome combination of cardio and strength work. Louis was great! Loved the quick pace of the class, but also the attentiveness to our form. Very sore the next day.

bless the instructor for having so much energy but this class was not for me. I was so worried of falling off the trampoline the whole time. I never did but I was not able to relax.
