About this studio

Get ready to blast off into a low-impact class that will keep you body moving and your mind engaged. Cardio endurance, muscular conditioning and high-intensity interval-training on premium quality mini-trampolines. A variety of classes incorporate resistance bands, hand-weights, ankle-weights and body-weight exercises. All levels welcome. Our jump technique warm-up enhances form and provides exercise modifications. Barefoot preferred. Jump often regularly to boost the immune system.

How to prepare

- Hang personal items along the left side of the studio. - Place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of trampoline bar. - Water bottle & equipment go in front of the trampoline. - trampoLEAN is barefoot preferred. However, if you have foot issues we suggest sneakers. - If you prefer to wear socks grip socks are advised. - Refrain from eating 30 minutes prior to class. - Showers are available. How to get there

trampoLEAN is located in studio C at 37 W 26th Street 9th Floor, Stepping Out Studios. Walk through the grand ballroom and studio C the 2nd studio on right side. When entering studio C please hang your personal items on the left side and either place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of the trampoline bar. For safety reasons we can not have personal items on the floor.

What is ClassPass?
