About this studio

trampoLEAN blends cardio endurance, muscular conditioning and high-intensity interval-training using premium quality mini-trampolines. We begin each class with a proper jump technique warm-up. A variety of classes integrate resistance bands, hand-weights, ankle-weights and body-weight exercises for strength training sections. Jump into one of our classes for an amazing sweat. All levels welcome. Barefoot preferred.

How to prepare

- Hang personal items along the left side of the studio. - Place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of trampoline bar. - Water bottle & equipment go in front of the trampoline. - trampoLEAN is barefoot preferred. However, if you have foot issues we suggest sneakers. - If you prefer to wear socks grip socks are advised. - Refrain from eating 30 minutes prior to class. - Showers are available. How to get there

trampoLEAN is located in studio C at 37 W 26th Street 9th Floor, Stepping Out Studios. Walk through the grand ballroom and studio C the 2nd studio on right side. When entering studio C please hang your personal items on the left side and either place foot wear in hanging shoe holder or under the left or right side of the trampoline bar. For safety reasons we can not have personal items on the floor.

Awesome class and instruction.
trampoLEAN Total Body Burn with Louis
Louis was so friendly and encouraging to everyone in the class. His instructions were clear and the moves were not complicated and got you sweat buckets. Non-stop and very fun class indeed!
trampoLEAN Butt + Abs (Core Conditioning) with Brent
This was my first trampolean class and to admit, I was a little nervous in the beginning about balancing myself on the trampolean doing jumps but Brent reminds you to take it easy and slow, which helped me find my center towards the mix-workout. This class is a nonstop energy bursting workout which keeps you constantly on the trampolean while doing different kicks and such. Everyone in the studio broke out in sweats but nonetheless, music pumping, Brent changing up the poses relatively fast/motivating you to hold on, you cant help but just keep going! I will def return! The only small problem I had was that the trampoleans in the back were a bit too close to the wall (at least for me) so I kicked the radiator during a lunge and had to readjust myself towards another person next to me to avoid the wall.

Very upbeat and unique! Louis was great, very fun music! Not the easiest on knees if you have some weakness/pain there but otherwise super fun

Class was really fun. Get ready to sweat A LOT! Definitely felt the burn in my abs. The pace of the workout was great and Thea had some great beats for the class.

So fun and a great workout. This was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised at how good of a workout this was. Louis was a great instructor and supportive of all the participants no matter what their level was. I will definitely be going again.
