And eventually some towels at the end with eucalyptus or some spray. Yoga is about the touch and connection, tuning in with ourselves and others.

see all reviewsThis place is such a gem and the flow was well thought out and focused on hips. For a flow class, it was slower paced than I am used to but was perfect and truly nourishing. I wanted to stay in savasana longer as it was such a relaxing studio! I never have to worry about parking at this studio and the sunrise is beautiful from up on the hill. I love that they have early morning flows but I really wish it was earlier than 6:45am. I could only make it as my kids were off from school.

see all reviewsLeroy’s hot pilates express class is incredible! Im completely new to pilates but this class was easy to follow along with, although it is very fast paced. Be sure to bring a towel to lay over your mat (BYO mat as well) and lots of water because it’s HOT! When I came in the building I was cheerfully greeted by Leroy and the desk staff and after we chatted about it being my first class, Leroy made sure to give me a tour and walk through what to expect. He also was cheering me on throughout the class and pushed me to reach my full potential! My classmates were also very welcoming and approachable, with one individual even showing me what supplies I’d need for the class and checking in on me after! I’ll definitely be returning to Leroy’s class again soon! It’s very welcoming for all levels.

see all reviewsEvery time I come to this class, I’m impressed by the new torture the instructor comes up with. At the end, I’m convinced the human body can withstand any pain including the pain of working out with this instructor for 50 minutes. This class is HARD. I go to Barry’s, OTF, rockclimbing - but you don’t know pain until you’re dripping sweat in a hundred degree room ruthlessly being driven to keep using your glutes and triceps in the most minute movements OVER AND OVER WITH NO REST. I’ve seen new people drop out like flies while the seasoned veterans just keep flexing grimly. I know I sound like I hate this class (I probably do) but I keep coming back and rating it five stars, so that should probably tell you all you know.

see all reviewsChallenging class but so amazing! Armando is a great instructor and since it's an intimate class, he gave personal adjustments to each student and ensured all of our safety. I wouldn't say it's the best for those starting out in their fitness journey, but if you have done any yoga classes then you should try it. Requires a lot of core strength and you'll be hanging sideways and upside down a good bit of the time so don't eat a heavy meal right before. Such a great way to challenge the body and mind through balance, alignment, and focus. I feel incredible, highly recommend! Note: I'm not a 'yoga' person, haven't taken a yoga class in years, but I workout a lot in general and I was able to learn the moves and do the inversions.

see all reviewsHannah is a very kind and motivating instructor. The studio was super cute and clean. I also love that it was a women only center! It was just me and 1 other girl so the class felt like a personal trainer session. We brought our own mats, but she provided mats for free if you didn’t have one. We told her we were new to fitness and she adjusted the workout routine accordingly. She had us do enough to feel the burn in our core and glutes, but not too much that it would make us sore the next day. I really appreciated that. It can be difficult to workout consistently when you are sore for days. She helped us with our form and consistently gave us encouraging feedback to keep us going. The only downside was I wish it was longer. The class was suppose to be 1 hour, but it turned out to be 30 mins instead.
