He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. Mao's restorative yoga class was a true haven of relaxation. The focus on gentle stretches and the use of props created a deeply calming atmosphere. What truly impressed me was Mao's attentiveness. She subtly noticed when I needed more blankets and provided them without disrupting the flow of the class. This small gesture made a big difference in my comfort level and allowed me to fully sink into the poses. Her guidance was also excellent. During some of the poses, Mao offered assistance with aligning my bolster, ensuring I received the maximum benefit from each position. If you're looking for a restorative yoga class that prioritizes both comfort and proper form, I highly recommend Mao's instruction. It was a truly restorative experience.
