We do PILATES & we believe PILATES is for everyBODY. Imprint Pilates was Established in 2008 & a leading Pilates studio also offering Yoga, TRX, Pre & Postnatal programs. Our Small group classes (max 4- 10) guarantees an intimate setting & personal attention. All our programs focus on technique, stability & core strengthening while sculpting & toning both the arms & legs. Imprint Pilates has worked with a slew of celebrities, featured as Canada's Top Fitness Trainers and Voted #1 Best Pilates Studio in Toronto on BlogTO. Join us and one of our highly qualified instructors will provide detailed instruction, with challenging yet safe exercise programs customized to suit your fitness & wellness goals.You don't need to be flexible, or to look a certain way just come and do class! 416 939 9545

How to prepare

If possible, please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Sign our waiver either online or in studio at your initial visit. Get introduced to the space and your instructor. Come prepared wearing something form-fitting that you'll feel comfortable working out in. We have change rooms if needed. Clean indoor trainer/runners recommended for TRX classes. All other classes done either with or without socks, whatever you feel comfortable. Cancellations must be done directly through classpass if booked through classpass.

How to get there

Suite 209 - Group classes Suite 103 - Reformers classes, Privates and Practitioners Studio opens 10-15mins before start of each scheduled group class. 1. Street metered parking on Spadina Ave. in front of our location between 9:30 am - 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm - 12am 2. Green P parking lot southeast corner of Adelaide and Spadina Ave and behind the building 3. Underground parking under Mountain Equipment Co-op (entrance off Charlotte by Oxley Street).

What is ClassPass?
