see all reviewsTiffany always works in moves to make you sweat. Classes are never the same the focus goes from arms to quads to glutes and the transition is always poised and smooth! Would definitely recommend her class and come back time and time again!

see all reviewsI’m so happy with this class. The instructor actually paid attention and gave group form corrections for better activation of the right muscles and gave personal feedback as well. This is what a real lagree class is. I have 3 lagree studios in my immediate area and none of them do that. Thank you Glenn!

I do wish they gave more time between classes so you can get your equipment and stretch.
