    Awesome workout, really pushes you. One of, if not, my favorite workouts! My only complaint is they don’t do much of a stretch on either end of the workout & it’s not very encouraged to stretch after; the cleaning crew kind of rushes in right when the workout is over.

    I almost dont want to tell anyone how great this class is because the amount of spots are limited. Definitely beginner and advanced friendly. The instructors were very accommodating, they answered all my questions and taught me correct form. Its a REAL strength class not a high intensity or cardio class. You lift heavy and take breaks. This as close to a personal trainer as youll get on ClassPass The space is on the smaller side (think Crosstown Fitness but a bit bigger) but its well organized and very clean.
