    Great class with Meredith. Lagree is really hard. I find that I still get a really good workout even if I modify and take breaks. The staff is always welcoming. The space is nice. Plenty of room between the equipment, good music (not too loud) and lots of encouragement to get through every move. Be ready for lots of plank work. If you like working with slider discs, you’ll love how the reformer equipment here will give you stability and resistance to work the whole body.

    I was so fortunate to snag a spot in Danny’s Saturday AM sold out class and I am already feeling the burn in the best way imaginable. He makes recommendations on how to make moves easier or more challenging depending on your skill level and I love that. A side note to another student doing something completely different than the rest of the class…schedule a private session or get your own machine at home sweetie.

    Amber is the GREATEST solidcore coach of all time. She is amazing with beginners but makes the class tough enough for the most seasoned athletes. You are missing out big time if you haven’t taken her class!

    Roosha was fantastic. By far the best solid core class I’ve attended in years. The best was with Anne, the founder. Roosha is very detailed and keeps the class at a steady pace while you’re still able to hear her and follow along. I wish I lived in Chicago so I could attend more of her classes.

    Such an enthusiastic and engaging instructor. There were a few instructions that were slightly confusing but I think she did a good job of correcting the explanation if she realized people weren’t getting it. Great energy and called everyone out by name when they were doing something well!

    First time I did this class and it was an intense experience and I consider myself fairly fit. It was nice to try something where the movements are deliberately slow and controlled. Great workout. Dylan was awesome about explaining the equipment and guiding me along the way.

    Sadie has awesome energy on the mic! Super encouraging of modifications and listening to your body, which is much appreciated for such a challenging workout.     Wow! What a great instructor. Very patient, took the time in a class with over 30 people to make personal adjustments. I had not done yin yoga in years. It is a great practice for those working on doing more with less. This is a busy studio. I can see why. It is a bit urban grunge, but a place I would definitely come back to.

    This was a challenging low impact class with Briza! It was all body weight, and TONS of reps that had me gassed by the end. I loved the heat. Would have liked to use some props (small weights, bands, etc) If you love body weight exercises this class is for you!
