see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! It was my first Pilates class. I arrived early and received a warm welcome from Allison at the front desk. I was greeted by Leah, the instructor, and she recommended I take a spot in front of the mirror and efficiently explained the M3 machine to me as well as the layout of the studio. I had the pleasure of being next to Allison, another instructor, and I was able to get an up close reference of the proper forms for the various exercises throughout this session. I appreciate how Leah motivated us and encouraged us to take our time with each exercise. I enjoyed how Leah approached me and demonstrated a few positions that I was struggling with, as she kept instructing the rest of the class. This studio was clean. Fresh towels and a water fountain was readily accessible. The staff and other participants were supportive and friendly. I can’t wait for my next class.

Tracy moved fast during the strength portion, there were times I needed a tad more of a breakdown or pause to change weights. But I think I move a tad slower than most. I’ll be back!

The instructor is doing the class so she is not going to correct your form...having said that, the vibe WAS welcoming and you dont feel singled out despite being a newcomer..The heat is just the right temperature and you certainly will have an adrenaline rush and work out body parts you didnt know you could stretch.
