Awesome workout, really pushes you. One of, if not, my favorite workouts! My only complaint is they don’t do much of a stretch on either end of the workout & it’s not very encouraged to stretch after; the cleaning crew kind of rushes in right when the workout is over.

    CYCLE 45

Love Jerry’s overall vibe and motivational style. His music is also on point. Seems like post peak pandemic that morning classes are less full - not sure if that’s a combo of those working more remotely and taking advantage of later classes without having to shower to get to the office or more people having bought at-home bikes. But, for me, the group class dynamic is irreplaceable.

Great class with Meredith. Lagree is really hard. I find that I still get a really good workout even if I modify and take breaks. The staff is always welcoming. The space is nice. Plenty of room between the equipment, good music (not too loud) and lots of encouragement to get through every move. Be ready for lots of plank work. If you like working with slider discs, you’ll love how the reformer equipment here will give you stability and resistance to work the whole body.

This was a pre-recorded class which was great!! The only thing that I would have loved is for there to be music synced up to the instructors and in the background… unfortunately the way their streaming site is set up, the music can be played separate from the class video, which ends up meaning that you can’t hear the instructor and it’s not necessarily timed to their movements. It's still hot and humid in the room from the previous class, so I recommend not wearing pants or long sleeves. Also, I saw people bringing pillows, bolsters, and other props. At a minimum, I recommend something for under your neck (to take pressure of the back of your head) and something to cover your eyes (a washcloth or sock works fine).
