Awesome workout, really pushes you. One of, if not, my favorite workouts! My only complaint is they don’t do much of a stretch on either end of the workout & it’s not very encouraged to stretch after; the cleaning crew kind of rushes in right when the workout is over.

Great class with Meredith. Lagree is really hard. I find that I still get a really good workout even if I modify and take breaks. The staff is always welcoming. The space is nice. Plenty of room between the equipment, good music (not too loud) and lots of encouragement to get through every move. Be ready for lots of plank work. If you like working with slider discs, you’ll love how the reformer equipment here will give you stability and resistance to work the whole body.

The only thing that I would have loved is for there to be music synced up to the instructors and in the background… unfortunately the way their streaming site is set up, the music can be played separate from the class video, which ends up meaning that you can’t hear the instructor and it’s not necessarily timed to their movements. It's still hot and humid in the room from the previous class, so I recommend not wearing pants or long sleeves. Also, I saw people bringing pillows, bolsters, and other props. At a minimum, I recommend something for under your neck (to take pressure of the back of your head) and something to cover your eyes (a washcloth or sock works fine).

    Massage

Solid massage, particularly in the upper body/pecs and arms. Note: her studio is in her garden unit of her residence - you will hear her birds but it went along with her “forest” background music haha. She was very pleasant, so accommodating when I was running late. #ClassPassInsider

This was TOUGH even if you are not new to Pilates or to hot yogathe combo is killer. But McCullough is an awesome and very clear instructor, and the studio is beautiful. Highly recommend!
