    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    Loved her emphasis on form. She mentioned less reps and with better quality. Also, she gave out cues to make sure the correct muscles groups were targeted and people did not strain themselves.

    Love the Btone workout. Dahne is one of my favorites. She has a really nice, calm way about her (the way she talks about the upcoming move so matter of factly almost makes you forget how hard the workout is!). Really felt in my abs abs arms the next day. Only complaint is the machine next to the alley windows does not have cushion on the arm things at back of machine. Got tough on the wrists because of that.

    This class is a hidden gem. People must not know about it because there were only ~5 people in the class. I was worried that it wouldn't be challenging enough because there were several older individuals, but it still gave me a run for my money. It was the perfect level of challenging - Sebastian was encouraging when I wasnt pushing hard enough, instructional when I was off on my form, and forgiving when I was 100% gassed.     So good and efficient. Don't be fooled by the short class, you will be working at 90-100% for almost all of it with VERY short breaks. Easy to follow and the instructor was great, fun and lots of good energy. Definitely doable for beginners but I'd recommend taking an extra break whenever needed as it's very intense. I'll be back!

    The initial session was informative - it was a conversation about my goals, and also I completed the liability form and we did an assessment of my current abilities, and my measurements were taken. I’m looking forward to future sessions, at which time I think I would give 5 stars. I only knocked 1 star off today because I had difficulty finding where I was supposed to be- the address is for a location of 4-5 fitness establishments and finally I discovered this is in the one labeled Boxing. Another sign out front was covered by snow and on the way out I saw that ad mentioned boxing but also strength training etc. it would help if on ClassPass it had instruction to go to the building marked boxing. And if the front door or front desk area had posted information that you’re in the right building for JLtraining, proceed to next room. But again I am planning to start attending regularly and really glad I found out about this place.
