    Great class! Movements were strength based but the pace definitely brought the heart rate up. I still think I prefer the strength classes but this is a great option for those looking to add in some cardio to their routine. Carlos was awesome as always!

    Such a great workout! Loved the format of Docklands, it made the time fly by. This was my second F45 class; felt iffy after my first at another location, but the FiDi studio and trainers are amazing. Everything was super clean, loved how there were two coaches circulating around the room, and everyone was super friendly. Will be back!!

    THE BEST!! Joanna is so sweet and welcoming. My favorite part about this place is she will always give you form corrections . She makes sure you are doing everything correctly instead of just watching you do the workout which a lot of studios do not do. I mean seriously I don’t know what’s up with these other studios they just watch you do the workout incorrectly and say nothing. I didnt know I was doing some exercises wrong until I had a class with Joanna! I have learned a lot from her. The workouts are challenging but she really makes sure that everybody goes at their own pace and if you need modifications or amplifications she provides that. Joanna is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had and I was so nervous before I started my workout journey but she really makes sure you feel welcome. I would recommend for anybody whether you’re a newbie or you’re an athlete these workouts are for everybody!

    This class was an amazing learning experience! Alyssa made sure to give each of us personalized instructions based on our skill levels, which made the class feel comfortable and welcoming. As the newest member, I never felt intimidated. I really appreciate Alyssa—she made such a great impression from our first meeting, and I’d definitely book this class again! My only suggestion would be to extend it to two hours because I enjoyed it so much!!
