About this studio

Welcome to Boston's premiere strength & conditioning studio, where we aim to narrow the gap between personal training and group exercise. Each class is expertly programmed by our lead personal trainer and centered around strength, conditioning and mobility. Classes are built off of a monthly progression scheme. designed to give participants a personal training experience in a small group setting. If you come occasionally, expect a great workout; if you come consistently, expect to see RESULTS.. Expect class sizes to cap at 12 participants, meaning extra individualized attention. 774 272 3819

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear. Sneakers are optional during your workouts at Redemption Strength & Conditioning; you are welcome to workout barefoot or in your socks. Please bring a towel and water bottle.

How to get there

Redemption Strength & Conditioning is located at 107 Atlantic Ave, in Boston, Massachusetts, on the outskirts of the North End, Downtown and Waterfront areas. You will find them across from Christopher Columbus Park. They are accessible by MBTA, with steps from the Blue Line (Aquarium) and less than 0.5 miles (5-7 minutes) from the Green Line (Government Center/Haymarket) and Orange Line ((Haymarket) trains. They validate parking for $3 for up to 3 hours at the Parcel 7 garage (in Haymarket Square).

The class itself was great- the perfect mix of strength and cardio! The studio setup, however, was interesting... The 6 of us were in a dark room with no mirrors doing stations around the room facing each other.

Personally, I didn’t feel super challenged by the class. I think this particular one is a part of series, so maybe if you continue to go week after week you see results? Would not recommend for a one off class.

Thank you for your feedback! All of our classes are designed over a one month progression (or series), so if you come regularly you get a great training program and for those that come as a drop in, you will still get a great workout. We are continuing to fine tune our programming while making sure to keep our workouts fresh. It is helpful to hear from our drop in participants what works and what doesn't, so we can make our classes suitable to all! We hope to see you in the studio again soon.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
