    FORMAT Strength In Studio

The confidence I feel leaving this class is borderline delusional 😆 Since taking this class I’ve gotten SO STRONG and will continue to take it once a week till my arms and legs fall off, which they just might after the squat thrusters lol

The space is really nice! The class was great! I don’t like choreo on the bike, there was a little bit of that (stand up, sit down rapidly) but I skipped and didn’t feel pressured to follow the exact directions, but still got a great workout!

Great workout and the teacher allows you to take things at your own pace/offers a lot of modifications for students at different levels. I liked that the class felt accessible but still a very challenging and intensive workout. For reference I usually work out 2 times per week but fell out of the habit for the past 2 months. This was my first class back and it was difficult but so worth it!

I appreciate her emphasis on form. Life is always go go go- often I feel rushed during yoga classes. I loved the slow pace. It helped me lean into the poses which made it that much more challenging. The phrase “invest in your transition” really stuck with me. I’ve been to so many classes, but this one felt special. I will definitely be back.

I was hesitant to sign up for this class bc I didn’t see any reviews for Keira so I figured she was new and I was skeptical. But I’m so glad I did! She was absolutely wonderful and brought great energy to class! Would definitely take her classes again!

Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.

Seriously a relaxing and fun class. It was a great way to destress after a long week. I just wished it wasn’t right after one of those hot yoga classes especially since it was super humid today. I was sweating for most of the class but it was still a great and unique experience.

Alex leads a great class with an indie soft pop playlist which I love. He encourages us to make our own choices and go at our pace. I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.

Nada really made me love the class. Went to a beginner one before, and didn't have the energy or push that Nada had (of course, that was my first time so they probably went easier on me) — the music was perfectly in tune with the volume of her voice, and she gently directed the class individually on our form. Will definitely be back.
