    I love all of Caitlin’s classes! I usually just do the Strength class on Thursdays, but this was a great change of pace and I got to work out all the muscles I forgot I had - whoops! This class is perfect for the Pilates Princesses and Barre Babes that like a little extra cardiotastic umph to get their day started. All those smaller muscles are really gonna feel the burn 🔥 Highly recommend!

    I really loved Jaime’s class! The themed classes are always my favorite when it comes to cycle and she crushed this one. Between the throwback songs I forgot I loved and the variety of the workouts themselves, the time flew by! The staff was super friendly and welcoming to newcomers and the space was really nice.     I really loved this class! I’ve taken a few boxing classes before, but this tops all of them. The gym itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the actual setup was great. I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail).     I’m a novice at yoga (took maybe 3 classes in the past year). Some of the moves and transitions can get tricky but there’s enough repetition to learn and keep up. Emma is a great instructor and always encourages everyone to listen to their body and never push beyond their limits. She also provides adjustments for harder poses. The class was small at 9am on a weekday (around 7 or 8 people including myself), so lots of space to spread out. Overall, highly recommended to everyone who loves or would like to try yoga! :)

I think I worked with Alex for the Thursday core/glutes and I was so grateful for them meeting me where I'm at, while also being so attentive to all the tools and gear I'd need, making sure I'm comfortable, yet still motivating me with a really helpful laissez faire attitude when I've always been bombarded with personal trainers yelling at you.. this was NOT that. Incredibly thoughtful staff, and good atmosphere. Love it!

    I was really nervous because I don't workout, have just been sitting at an office all day, and came in while everyone else looked pretty fit and ready. However Lele kept repeating her movements when we were shy and needed her to, was thoughtful when looking at the parts we tripped up on, and was ultimately a great time! Definitely gonna go again.
