I also felt that the equipment wasn’t super clean because you’re essentially sharing it with everyone all class and nothing is being wiped down between stations.

I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. I’m an insomniac and think I might’ve found the class to exhaust and calm me enough to sleep.

Ari was so helpful with correcting form, suggesting modifications if desired, and encouraging you to push yourself. Everyone was so nice and you get out exactly what you put in. But what made the class all the better was Brian, the lead instructor (owner of the studio?). Brian was a character! He kindly led us through an introduction to the machine, proper form and then through the workout. He offered lots of corrections throughout and did the entire workout with us. He first corrects on form (very few instructors do this in the same thoughtful way) and then meets you where you are but then pushes you to find strength you didn’t even realize. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.
