    Jair was AWESOME! I really enjoyed the workout and Jair’s style of teaching plus the music was so fun. The movements were explained and demoed well and I felt like I got a really good overall workout. Would definitely take this class again.

    The facility is clean and organized. There is a large variety of machines and weights. The locker room has many amenities and a peaceful sauna and steam room. I enjoy spending an extended time there to get the full experience!
