    Great full-body workout!! My first time using these brilliant new barbells with easy-snap weights that also doubled as dumbbells. Such an efficient class that worked back, chest, shoulders, legs, butt, abs, and really everything with a lot of CrossFit moves. May be hard to follow for people who have never done CrossFit or don’t know how to clean and press, etc. But I loved this new style of CrossFit moves with more reps and lower weights that were so quick to switch out.

    Introductory CrossFit Class - strength and conditioning

    If you enjoy CrossFit, or want to try it for the first time, go to this class! (Thursday and Saturday are better for first-timers) Everyone was so welcoming and coaches were great at explaining what we would be doing, and were great at correcting form. I would definitely return.

    Strength Training Bootcamp

    Got a great workout! Instructor was chill and easygoing. Small individualized class, plenty of parking, which is a plus! I was a bit confused about timing since I showed up early and he started when I showed up, but that's a good thing. I'd definitely come back!
