    INFERNO HOT PILATES

    Marlee was a great instructor and the class was the perfect level of challenging with great modification options. Great cues, positive, motivating, and encouraging. It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

    I love Ivo’s cycling class so much that rain, sleet, snow, or sun- I’ll travel to take his class. Call me Carole King because I’ll be there. His energy and wide knowledge of music makes every class different and exciting. Highly recommend for anyone who’s an avid rider or just staring out and wants a good vibe.

    My favorite class of the week! Perfect mix of yoga, strength training that makes you feel like a badass, and meditation. As someone newer to yoga, I love that the lights are down low throughout the class. It is a very welcoming environment and I never feel out of place. Brittany is such a good instructor and she really makes you feel amazing throughout the class.
