I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. I’m an insomniac and think I might’ve found the class to exhaust and calm me enough to sleep.

The instructor offered alternative poses and her energy was positive and very welcoming. The studio is also very clean and there are a lot of stairs to get to the second floor where the studio is.

Only thing was that the HIIT/barre classes next door were SO loud it was distracting at points. The studio would benefit from them closing their door/turning down their microphone.
