    Pilates Reformer Fundamentals

    A good start to Pilates, some things still do hurt. I’m not exactly sure where the pelvis is embarrassingly enough and that is mentioned a lot. I feel like if you’re a true true beginner it will take quite a few classes to make it up to the regular class.

    The instructor was amazing! But honestly, the class was hard. I should have read the class description, so I know what I got myself into rather than assume that it was going to be easy peasy and relaxing. The class was only relaxing in the beginning and end.

    I absolutely loved the class with Cynthia! She is a fantastic instructor, with such a calm and soothing voice :) I picked up yoga again after a year and was able to ease back into it with my first class (led by Cynthia). It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend taking a class at MOTA :)
