    HOT 26

The instructor was great and very understanding that everyone has different abilities and may need to take breaks/modify poses. Room was the hottest sauna ever so you will sweat buckets! Highly recommend to better your body’s mobility in general and do what’s comfortable for you

    Flow.

There was a good balance of stretching, strengthening and balancing poses with good transitions in this class. instructor gave clear instructions, lots of alternatives or variations and encouraged challenging the body. 1 hour 15 min went by very quickly. Nice meditative music during shivasana. would have liked it if similar music was on for the entire class. Thank you for a great class!

    STUDIO-A: Vinyasa Flow

I appreciate her emphasis on form. Life is always go go go- often I feel rushed during yoga classes. I loved the slow pace. It helped me lean into the poses which made it that much more challenging. The phrase “invest in your transition” really stuck with me. I’ve been to so many classes, but this one felt special. I will definitely be back.

Pilates Equipment - Sculpt with Props

Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.

Flow & Restore - In Studio

Seriously a relaxing and fun class. It was a great way to destress after a long week. I just wished it wasn’t right after one of those hot yoga classes especially since it was super humid today. I was sweating for most of the class but it was still a great and unique experience.

Alex leads a great class with an indie soft pop playlist which I love. He encourages us to make our own choices and go at our pace. I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.

    Endurance Pilates Reformer Multi-Level Classical

This was my first Pilates class ever, and Olivia was so helpful with corrections! I saw another review that said they felt condescended upon, I disagree entirely. Olivia was kind but firm, to make sure you have the right form! It was a small class so you really get a lot of individual attention which is great for a beginner. Can’t wait to try another class.

    Mat Pilates

I really love this class— Michelle is so calming and doesn’t do a ton of hands-on corrections which is nice. There’s no music, just a lot of thorough explanations and some giggly chatting before and after class. It feels like a less intimidating version of reformer Pilates with a lot of deep stretching— super empowering and I feel challenged but strong during the class. Everyone is kind as well and it seems like all levels are welcomed! Love it!
