see all reviewsThis is such a wonderful hour!! It's so well rounded, challenging & supportive. I always laugh. Sometimes I almost cry (a good thing). I can feel the care and intention that is put into this class every time I've attended. My practice deepens each time I'm here, and I'm really grateful for it. I'll add that this class was suuuper tough for me when I was just beginning a few months ago, because it can be very quickly paced at times with sometimes no visual demonstration of the asanas. <3 !

see all reviewsClass was good, really liked the sequence and flow but would prefer everything to be guided instead of the 3rd sequence to be done on our own, especially since the instructor doesn’t demonstrate the movements. Could be hard to follow and music is turned up incredibly loud for 3rd sequence which seems a bit agressive? The room could also be heated more. Overall would still recommend, good energy and flow
