HITT L.A.B
see all reviewsThis class was great - I’m a beginner so it was a bit challenging for me, but the instructor was very motivating. The flow of the workout was pretty good and I enjoyed seeing the fun he had with the people who go regularly. He pushed me to really try to go heavy and helped refine my moves. The space was fine - a bit cold at first but it was fine as soon as we started working out. No water fountain! But water for sale ($1)

see all reviewsGreat workout! I loved the strength focus on various body parts with different tools such as TRX bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, bike, etc. Cole provided easy to understand demonstrations of exercises and personal support/form checks for any exercise you may need extra assistance with. Workout was similar to supersets/circuit training but emphasized shorter time intervals, heavy weights and overall conditioning. Cole was also super friendly and encouraging. Class had at least 10 people. Definitely would recommend

Love that the studio is not too hot. Mat rental is $5, they take Venmo. Only one bathroom and changing area and they do not let you in until 15 mins before the class so prepare accordingly.

see all reviewsThe best coach ever if you need form corrections- she has such a keen and intentional eye that I genuinely feel proud of my growth when she sees me do a move and doesn't have any constructive criticism, because she's helped me grow SO much! I fully trust if I'm doing any move where I can improve that I will be spotted and guided through how to adjust. I've been grieving the loss of a pet this week and haven't been in the mood to workout at allll, but today Alexa's class was the first 50 minutes all week I didn't feel sad because I was so locked in and inspired- and felt genuinely good after todays class, I'm grateful for that!

see all reviewsI cannot say enough amazing things about not only this class but Erica specifically is the reason I will be coming back. Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience. I got form correction and encouragement every step of the way! I would recommend this to anyone who has never lifted a weight to my gym rat friends. Incredible!
