see all reviewsAlways in love with this space! Visiting in the morning especially, it’s beautiful and warming to feel and watch the light fill the room as the sun continues to rise. Vic is an incredible instructor! She creates such a safe space with gentle language, offering more support and more challenge throughout the flow. I always leave feeling loose, warm, invigorated, and calm. Thank you <333

see all reviewsI’ve never had anything less than a 5-star workout here - Taylor’s class was challenging and pushed me to my limits for sure. 🔥 However, the vibe was muuuuch different than any classes or events I’ve ever attended with the studio. I arrived a few minutes early and it was just Taylor and I in the studio for a bit. She did not look at, acknowledge, or speak to me the entire time which I found really odd? Even when walking by me. If it was my first time there I’d be so put off to the experience. I debated reviewing because I absolutely adore this studio and all their staff, but felt like they should know. Again - if I was a newbie I probably wouldn’t come back based on my experience with Taylor.

see all reviewsHad a phenomenal experience taking Babette’s class for the first time. She incorporated really interesting, unique (and challenging!) stretches into the flows - ones I’ve never done before in any yoga class. Babette talked throughout the class, explaining the essence behind each pose alongside therapeutic, podcast-quality thought bits on what it meant to hold and let go, then receive the feedback that our mind & body deserve ✨✨ definitely recommend if you like constant thought bits

see all reviewsAnna’s Vinyasa / Hatha fusion class, is possibly one of the most thoroughly enjoyable expressions of yoga I’ve had in ages. Challenging for advanced practitioners but accessible to beginners, as well, it truly was a feat. Perfect flow of sequencing that made sense and built up to a challenging finish. Great music and instruction. Thanks, Anna!

see all reviewsI have to say that it is very rare to find Carly’s energy in a workout class. It is cheerful and positive. The dance room is heated like a dry sauna room (not as hot as a sauna room), so make sure you do not wear too much clothes! But trust me, you will fall in love with dancing in a heated room, it is hot for the moment, but it feels soooo good afterwards! I found my skin is getting so much better after the heated room workout and my body was soooo relaxed. For the class, it is mainly a cardio workout, it has the dancing element: music lights, but do not expect it will be fancy dance moves from the TikTok. To me, it is a good design since the goal is to workout and have fun without spending too much energy on figuring out the complicated movements.

see all reviewsThis class was PERFECT. The instructor was so kind and the class itself was challenging, yet accessible. She gave variations for people to go deeper into the pose, or stay where they feel comfortable “stay or play!” So the class was accessible for everyone in it. I really really loved it, my only complaint is that the season is almost over!

see all reviewsKatey is an incredibly talented instructor. Her classes are difficult, but not inaccessible. She is very encouraging and even when I think that I don’t have the ability to try something she’s called out, I try it anyway because she breaks it down so well. She has a gift because her unified class is the only open level class I’d be comfortable taking both people who have never done yoga in their lives and those who’ve been doing it for years. Would love to see her on the schedule more since her class has become quite popular and it’s sometimes hard to get into it!

see all reviewsLove Francesca’s classes! Well-paced, challenging, and I always learn something new. I also really appreciate the adjustments and pointers. The playlists have always been on point too, especially the instrumental and more ambient selections. (A comment on the music at this Tuesday’s class though — I felt it was a bit too loud and the lyrics were distracting at times.) As someone who’s sensorially sensitive, it’s sometimes difficult to focus on the instructions and getting into a certain headspace with loud background music, especially if it has lyrics. I know this seems to be the standard at most workout classes in New York. Anyway, stellar class and stellar teacher.
