This is such a wonderful hour!! It's so well rounded, challenging & supportive. I always laugh. Sometimes I almost cry (a good thing). I can feel the care and intention that is put into this class every time I've attended. My practice deepens each time I'm here, and I'm really grateful for it. I'll add that this class was suuuper tough for me when I was just beginning a few months ago, because it can be very quickly paced at times with sometimes no visual demonstration of the asanas. <3 !

Nice flow sequence, pace and coaching, felt tuned in with today’s sorta chill moderately challenging flow replete w seat pose respites between flows, so good! A delight any day of the week and perfect Saturday evening therapeutic and restorative moment. A brief after class chat w other members including glowing new mom and owner highlighted really very nice studio/practice vibe, and facility. Tangerine is a local neighborhood gem.

Lovely, inviting space and a very thorough class! My body feels sore in places that haven’t been sore before so that’s a win. Sunee was very kind and experienced. I do wish that hands-on adjustments were given but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

    Heated Vinyasa

It was my first class back in a while and the pace was absolutely perfect for someone who has a background in dance/beginner yoga. The teacher played happy uptempo music which was such a lovely switch up- but it wasn’t distracting from the practice. It was warm, but I didn’t feel like I was suffocating- overall 20/10 could not recommend enough for something to get you moving and refreshed, but not exhausted.

    Beginner Ballet for Adults

Mackenzie and her class were truly such a joy. I have no experience with ballet or dance in general and found this class and took it off of a whim. She was incredible at balancing my skill level with those of the rest of the class, keeping the pace set where both I could learn and the others would not feel like it was too basic. There was so much intention behind everything she does while she teaches. Her instruction along with her comforting and approachable demeanor help made learning extremely easy. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone considering learning something new or brushing up on ballet that wants to have fun. I came in unsure what to expect, and left realizing how much fun I had.

The teacher was kind and helpful, the class is geared towards intermediate/advanced levels but she didn’t make me feel bad when I wanted to skip certain poses. I’ve been going to brii’s class for a year now and they’re a staple in my yoga routine! definitely a more challenging class but it has helped me improve drastically as a yogi. She has a keen way of sensing when you are able to give a little more and pushes you to be your best. Always fun dance like sequences, and new variations/poses incorporated every week. I recommend this class to everyone who wants to grow in their practice!
