Ariel is my favorite instructor at this studio. Her sequencing is accessible but challenging, her cueing is clear, hands on adjustments are excellent if you feel comfortable receiving them and she always makes us laugh. Highly recommend.

This is a phenomenal class I took for the first time and want to incorporate more into my workout routine! I normally do regular mat Pilates. This is a great change of pace, a killer work out, and an amazing instructor! I haven’t sweat this much in a class in years

    IN-STUDIO - Basic Level Yoga

Lea is a gem. She’s so smart and so kind and so grounded and so knowledgeable and so playful. I have so much fun in her profoundly challenging and yet weirdly accessible beginner class. It’s great for newbies or experienced students who want to really fine tune and enhance the integrity of their asanas. Her instructions are perfection. She recommends variations to accommodate people of varying strength and agility and shape. She makes yoga so fun. My mood is always improved for having taken her sublime class. Endlessly grateful for this studio!

Such an amazing class from Jessanya again! She started the class with a meditation and played the sound bowls followed by a beautiful vinyasa class. Jessanya gave great hands on assist and reminded everyone to adjust to their own variations. I felt amazing after the class and can’t wait to come back next Saturday! Thank you Jessanya - you’re the best!!

What a great space and a wonderful teacher. It was accessible enough for beginners but gave room for more advanced students to explore. Highly recommend this space since it’s very different from the OG one in BK - can’t go wrong. 🙌 So happy they are expanding and bringing their magic wherever they go! Now to open up in Astoria 😊

The space is absolutely beautiful and great for isolating from daily life and meditation. Danielle was awesome too. The class itself may suits better with yogis with more experience as instructor doesn’t explain much about each pose, and you need to know them well to keep up.

The Still ONE: Sound Meditation $50

This was my first sound meditation and it was so different and refreshing. I felt like my brain took a shower. The sound and climax of the sound transitions were very intense and provocative. Milagros had such a welcoming atmosphere and explained the different stages of the class. I would recommend to bring and open mind and be very intentional of how you would like to take from this class. The place was super clean organized and had your own locker, blankets and eye mask. The only thing is that is facing towards the street so the sound of the cards or regular noises can still sneak in into the class. I would love to try it again. I felt very grounded after this class.
