Natalie alone was worth the whole class… her voice queues and upbeat yelps and battle cries were so much fun and inspiring to keep going. Loved her focus on form and alignment and encouragement to each person in class. Plus a phenomenal playlist. Huge props.

I always appreciate Matty’s classes. He starts the class with a small meditation on life and provides some food for thought before we begin our practice. His flows are always unique and physically intuitive, while still being challenging! The space is beautiful and clean.

It kinda felt like a home workout like other reviews said but honestly pretty hard in a good way. I was skeptical at first but it ended up being a pretty challenging workout. It was a little hard to see the instructor which is my only complaint but she did a good job of explaining everything and encouraging us to keep going even during the shaky bits! I would come back probably

    IN-STUDIO - Express Yoga / Open Level

Georges is a generous genius of a yoga instructor. I am so grateful for his beautiful, challenging, creative, humanistic, playful, well orchestrated classes. His loving kindness opens everyone up to the totality. He always offers the perfect prompts to tailor alignment and then to facilitate a flow state. He meets people where they are and yet we all leave stronger, happier, more confident and more vibrant from the experience.

Amazing class with Jessanya again - the flow was super smooth and she gave great hands on assists. Super personable and made sure to facilitate everyone’s individual needs like bringing me and a few other people blocks in moments where we could use them. And she has a such calming instructor voice :) see you for sure next week!

The space is absolutely beautiful and great for isolating from daily life and meditation. Danielle was awesome too. The class itself may suits better with yogis with more experience as instructor doesn’t explain much about each pose, and you need to know them well to keep up.

HIIT 60 with weights (Hot Interval Training)

Extremely great energy from this instructor! I’d love for Eric to teach every workout class I take ever!! As a heads up, this is a true HIIT in a sauna class. This is not your typical Hot Yoga Sculpt which tends to incorporate Yoga flow, it’s truly HIIT as described. With that being said, I felt I’d rather be able to do these motions with heavy weights which is unrealistic in the heat. It’s a cool concept and the best energy studio though!!

This class takes the cake and beat my butt. I thought I was gonna pass out and yak halfway through the class but got a burst of energy during cardio. 20/10 would come back. This class really puts you to work and makes you work for it blood, sweat and tears. Claude was really motivating. The playlist was on point and kept me going throughout. From the squats to the booty band and burpees, this is not for the faint of heart.

Really sweet instructor! Even though it's an open-level class, in my opinion, it's geared towards intermediate/advanced folks and not absolute beginners. You need to sort of know the poses already, as the flow is on the brisker side, and not a lot of time is spent on making sure the form is precise. I enjoyed the class, and will be coming back!
