Sui Sonic Deep (with Sound Bath)
see all reviewsThis yoga class was a true experience. From the decor, the cafe upstairs, and amenities prior to even entering the class. The way the sound bath is integrated in to the flow and the very insightful verbal guidance made this class a breeze to just jump into for an hour away from busy life. Connecting with our breath and body in such a deep way, with so many other souls who came to do the same. The instructor is fantastic. I could go on but overall, I highly recommend this class.

see all reviewsThe instructor provided great modifications and amplifications, which to me is a sign of a great instructor because you can tailor the class to your needs. She had great energy. Warning, you will get DRENCHED since the room is hot and the class is long. So if that’s not your thing, maybe choose another class type.

see all reviewsReally nice flow - especially loved the dynamic bits (lizard into goddess squat!! My hips are so happy). Nice mix of energizing flow but slow enough to get my form right and build strength. Music was a good mix of chill r&b and mellow hip hop in the more active parts of the class - only ask would be turn it up a bit next time ;)

see all reviewsTrue low impact cardio Pilates class. You’ll get a great workout if you do what he says!! Best to have some knowledge of Pilates beforehand altho I believe this was a class at the end of a cycle of classes (so assumed knowledge of proper positioning, altho there was also instruction). Only wish he didn’t say Last rep for many of the non-last reps lol. Would definitely return

After I got home, Gabby sent me this email, “Beautiful work in class this evening! Hope to see you again soon! If you have any questions for me, please feel free to reach out.,” which was super nice. I’m going to try her Recharge class next!

see all reviewsMatty’s class was fantastic. This is definitely the best Tangerine class I’ve taken. I’ve found lots of the classes to be quite easy, with lots of chatting from the instructors. Matty, however, got us moving from the start, and kept us moving the entire time. I’ll definitely take his class again.

see all reviewsKind of want to gatekeeper this place. But also would love to see it thrive. Exactly the hot yoga studio I’ve been looking for. Hot yoga that’s actually about yoga rather than a glorified gym. Vibes were right, Leah was awesome! The temperature was perfect, even with the crazy heat right now, and the studio was clean & odor free. Would love to see more classes later in the evening as well as some intermediate/advanced level classes!

see all reviewsI wrote 5 stars because it was a fine class with a lovely instructor. I think most people must know that this class is not really yoga- more weights and jumping jacks. Also it’s HOT. I just want them to put all that info in the description so people who don’t know (me) can chose accordingly. It was my first time and just wanted a quick challenging yoga class. I don’t enjoy hot workouts. This was fine but not what I was expecting.

see all reviewsAs a first timer, I liked this class. It is hot, for sure, but it wasn’t unbearable for me. The focus is on being present and holding the sequence of postures despite the discomfort of the heat, so there’s a good amount of focus on balance and spatial awareness. Instructor gave good modifications and options for further challenge. The studio itself is just ok to be honest.

see all reviewsThe instructor is consistently great- really positive energy and very encouraging which has allowed my skills to grow. My only minor area for improvement isn’t around the instructor but around the timing of classes… a few of the C1 classes, including this one, are right next door to and overlap for part of the yoga sculpt class where the music is loud and the instructors tend to yell which can be heard through the walls making for a less peaceful and harder to focus environment - even when the teachers do wheat they can to close doors/raise music etc. maybe the timing could be changed?

During one particularly grooving sequence, Charlotte amusedly announced that her world had just been rocked by news of Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’ impending divorce…so I thought again about Kevin Costner - and about how each generation has its cultural touchstones — and how lucky it is that one can go to a yoga class taught by Charlotte and laugh about the absurdity of it all.
