This class was great - I’m a beginner so it was a bit challenging for me, but the instructor was very motivating. The flow of the workout was pretty good and I enjoyed seeing the fun he had with the people who go regularly. He pushed me to really try to go heavy and helped refine my moves. The space was fine - a bit cold at first but it was fine as soon as we started working out. No water fountain! But water for sale ($1)

This is my 2nd class with Marley. Such a great workout, you will definitely sweat. The only downside is lack of lockers since it’s a smaller ladies room. But, I try to get there a little earlier to see if I can get one. If not, they also have little spaces you can put your stuff in. Will be returning. Thanks Marley!!

A truly powerful cardio core class! 1 hour feels like the equivalent of 2-3 hours of workout—it's that intense and challenging. I'd love to have this class three times a week. The only thing is, dancing for the last 10 minutes doesn’t necessary.

Love their amenities, they have showers and towels and the women’s bathroom was nicely stocked with a variety of skincare/bath needs. Was a nice circuit, definitely got a good workout in. It’s adapted to beginner to intermediate. I come from an MMA background and did appreciate the intensity of the workout but prefer pad work. Overall though great class and they have everything you need like gloves, towels, showers and a good cardio sweat. Happy in switched it up for this class and tried something new!

Very solid class, the instructor is very personable and friendly. It was very fast paced with breaks that were a little short for my liking, but that made it challenging!! I like how big the class was tbh because it really felt like a huge team, but I can see it was maybe a little difficult for the instructor to juggle all of us! I would love a slower-paced class in this same environment.

Cirilo was great. He pushed me, and was also very funny. He was able to make modifications for my needs. At times, he was a bit harsher than I needed for kickboxing, felt more personal trainer-like. But, the workout was a great one. The only reason it was 4 starts was due to the lack of cleaning the equipment. That is a bit of a concern. We washed out hands, but didn't clean off the equipment we used. This is a bit concerning.

The instructor was great! However this company does NOT take class pass & the instructor who is also the owner informed me that he stopped doing class pass years ago because it was not worth it for him. He told me that he told class pass he cannot keep accepting clients in this way & to remove his gym from class pass. Class pass failed to remove him. Anyways He was kind enough to still let me stay for just today due to him missing a few people in his class. Please fix this mistake because us class pass members don’t want to miss out on our credits by using it for classes that do not even exist.
